    Gute Lage, geräumig, Parkplatz zu klein
    Gute Lage zum Strand, ebenso City zu Fuss erreichbar; Eigentümer freundlich. Der Parkplatz ist bei Vollbelegung zu klein - Durchfahrt speziell für große Fahrzeuge eine Herausforderung...
