The owner lives in the same house, in a separate apartment. Use of the outdoor area and pool is for guests only. All guests who spend their holidays in this facility until May 15 and after September 15 can use 5 bicycles and 1 hour of tennis courts free of charge every day. Guests who spend their vacation between May 15 and September 15, have the opportunity to rent a bike at a price of 7.00 eur / bike / day.The house is not suitable for housing a group of young people.

    Excellent beach rental
    Wonderful backyard, pool and views. The kitchen is great, has everything you need, well equipped. The decor is a bit older in the bigger apartment living room, but overall super clean and big apartments. Owner lives on property, sat most nights above us on his balcony but that did not bother us.

    Perfect family vacation!
    A nice and beautiful house with a wonderful pool and very close to the sea. Everything was nice, tidy and well planed. The kitchen and pool area was perfect!
