Opis: In quiete pittoresque little town Tribalj, near Crikvenica you will find this nice renovated and with love decorated holiday home. If you are a nature lover, this house is the ideal choice for you. You will find numerous walking and cycling paths nearby, and many paragliders choose this accommodation due to its proximity to a mountain popular for this sport. Passionate fishermen are our frequent guests because the house is located in the immediate vicinity of Tribalj lake, where sport fishing is allowed. House is devided in three floors. On the ground floor, there is fully equiped kitchen with dining room and another dining place where you can enjoy with your friends and family. There is also one separated toilett with washing machine. Also on the ground floor, but with separated entrance there is a room with sauna, shower, table football and darts. You reach the first floor with outside stairs. In the first floor there is living room with 2 additional beds, shower with toilette, double bedroom with own shower with toilett. Taking the inside steps, you will reach the second floor where another 2 double bedrooms, each with own shower and toilette are situated. One bedroom has exit to balcony that is 60 qm big and gives you a nice view to the lake. Each bedroom and living room are air conditioned. In the yard, there is a place for children where they can play while you are enjoying after eating your meal you have prepared on barbacue. Only 10 meters from the house, there is an 24 qm big heated outside swimmingpool. You can enjoy laying beside the pool having a cold drink that you can place in the small fridge that is at your disposal.
