    We spent one wonderful week at this property in Croatia with a group of 26 people. The accommodation consists of three houses within the same complex, which worked perfectly for our group. The houses are beautiful and very well equipped, with three fully functional kitchens, a fantastic swimming pool, a lovely relaxation area and a large outdoor dining table, perfect for enjoying meals and spending time together. The only minor drawback is that the property is located a little far from the centre of Zadar and away from most services. However, for anyone looking for peace, privacy and relaxation, the location is truly ideal. The hosts were always available and very helpful, answering all our questions promptly. We stayed during the peak summer season in August, so the price was somewhat high, but we hope that if we return in the future, we may receive a special discount. Thank you for everything. We would definitely recommend this property and hope to come back!

    We were at the villa with a friends group of 20 people. The villa was great (modern, good equipment, aircon worked perfectly, …). We enjoyed out time at the fantastic pool and in the big garden. The owner/hosts always responded quickly. We had a great time and we would book the villa again.

    Great villa but a bit outside from Zadar village.
