Opis: Nature House with two bedrooms, for up to 5 people, is located 30m from the beach in Landjin bay on the island of Pašman. This bay is often visited by sailboats because of the restaurant located 400 m from this house, which is famous for its Dalmatian cuisine. The accommodation is spread over the ground floor and the first floor. The kitchen with living room, and the bathroom with shower are located on the ground floor. The kitchen with the living room is equipped with crockery, cutlery, refrigerator with freezer compartment, gas stove with oven, radio, TV with local channels and a sofa for one person. Both bedrooms - one with a double bed and one with two single beds - as well as the toilet are located on the upper floor, which is accessed by an external staircase. Running cold and hot water is installed in the kitchen, in the bathroom with shower and in the toilet. Bed linen is prepared for guests, and fresh is delivered after each week of stay. Bathroom towels and beach towels are not provided, so please bring your own. The house has a wood-fired central heating system, so it is very suitable for winter rental, however, winter rental creates additional costs for heating. WLan Internet is available to guests at no additional charge; due to the location of the property, the quality of the signal may be subject to change. There are two furnished terraces, one in front of the house and one in the back. There is also a seating area by the fence with a view of the bay. A stone grill and a garden shower are also available. Electricity and water should be used sparingly here. Given that the water stays in the tank during the summer at high temperatures, it is recommended to boil it before consumption or buy bottled drinking water. The water from the tank is immediately usable for cooking and washing. The water tank has a volume of 12,000 l. The 220V electricity is solar-powered, but apart from appliances already in the house, and battery chargers, no other electrical devices may be used. It is recommendable to have a mobile phone with you, so that you can contact us in case of need. You can charge your mobile phone in the house with your regular home charger. The house is accessible by car till the distance of approx. 250 m, to Landjin bay, which is reached by a makeshift gravel and dirt road. This improvised road can be significantly damaged due to bad weather (rain), so careful and slow driving is required. The advantage of keeping your car close to the house where you spend your vacation is that you stay mobile during the stay, and you are able to go on day trips, for which there are an extremely large number of possibilities in the area. Ferry tickets are not included in the rental price. The island of Pašman is a great destination for all those who enjoy water sports. In addition, there are hiking, biking and trekking trails on the island, which are also near this house, along which you can find various types of Mediterranean, medicinal and aromatic plants - perfect for all nature enthusiasts. Pets are welcome, against a surcharge. Please indicate in your inquiry how many pets you are traveling with. The minimum possible reservation is 7 nights, from Saturday to Saturday. Renting a motor boat is possible, upon request, with the condition that the guest must have a valid license to operate a boat in open waters. The house has a mooring for a boat that can be used at no additional charge. Upon your arrival, it is necessary to do the check-in in our agency in Biograd na Moru. We recommend coming to our agency during the morning to early afternoon, because getting to the property at night is difficult - even impossible after the last ferry to the island leaves. After registering in our agency, you travel to the island.
