Opis: Holiday house with two bedrooms, for 4 people, is located on the sandy beach in Vitane bay, on the island of Pašman. This house by the sea is accessible by car, on a concreted road (up to the last 200m, which are a gravel road). Pets are welcome, against surcharge. Please indicate in your inquiry how many pets you are traveling with. Electricity and water should be used sparingly here. Given that the water stays in the tank during the summer at high temperatures, it is recommended to boil it before consumption or buy drinking water in bottles. The water directly from the tank is suitable for cooking and washing. Solar-powered electricity is 220 V, we ask our valued guests to note that bringing electrical devices and using them here is not allowed, except for cell phone / laptop battery chargers. All rooms in the house are on the ground floor. The open kitchen with living room and dining room has a fireplace and satellite TV, as well as air conditioning. WLan internet is available to guests free of charge. The kitchen is equipped with a refrigerator with a freezer and a gas stove with 4 burners. Running hot and cold water (gas boiler) is installed in the kitchen and bathroom. There are double beds in both bedrooms. Bed linen and towels for the bathroom are prepared and fresh ones are made available after each week of stay. Beach towels are not offered. In the garden there is a barbecue and an outdoor shower - the water for the outdoor shower is heated by the heat of the sun. The covered terrace is furnished, and deckchairs are also available. We recommend that guests bring their mobile phone so that they can contact us in case of need. There is a socket for a standard plug in the house, so guests can charge their mobile phones in the house, with their own standard charger. There is the possibility of renting a motor boat (on request and provided that the client has a boat driving license valid on open waters). A boat mooring is available in front of the house at no additional cost. The island of Pašman is only a 15-minute ferry ride from Biograd na Moru. This island is a great destination for anyone who enjoys water sports. In addition, there are walking, cycling and trekking trails on the island, which are also near this house, along which you can find various types of Mediterranean medicinal and aromatic plants - perfect for all nature enthusiasts. Ferry tickets are not included in the price. The house can be reserved throughout the year, but winter rent includes additional costs for heating. We recommend arriving at our agency during the morning to early afternoon, because arriving at the house at night is impossible after the last ferry leaves. After registering at our agency, you continue your journey to the island.
