Sprzątanie: przy każdej zmianie gości   |   Opis: Holiday house Bellatrix with two bedrooms, for up to 5 people, is located by the sea, in Landjin bay, on the island of Pašman. All rooms in the house are on the ground floor. In the kitchen there is a refrigerator with a freezer and a gas stove with 2 burners. One of the bedrooms is equipped with a double bed, while the other has a bunk bed for 1 person above the double bed. Bed linen is included, fresh ones are made available after each week of stay. The bathroom equipment includes a shower, toilet and sink. Cold and warm water (solar) is installed in the kitchen and bathroom. Bath towels and beach towels are not available. In the garden there is a barbecue and an outdoor shower. The terrace is covered and furnished, and deckchairs are also available. Guests can have WiFi internet in the house with the purchase of a prepaid SIM card at a price of 10 euros for 7 days of flat rate internet. Guests need to insert this SIM card into one of their devices, which will then act as a hotspot. Electricity and water should be used sparingly here. Given that the water stays in the tank during the summer at high temperatures, it is recommended to boil it before consumption or buy drinking water in bottles. The water from the tank is suitable for cooking and washing. Solar-powered electricity is 220V, but it is not allowed to bring and use electrical devices, except chargers for cell phone/laptop batteries. We recommend guests to bring their own mobile phone so that they can contact us in case of need. There are standard sockets in the house so guests can charge their mobile phones in the house with their own standard charger. There is the possibility of renting a motor boat (on request and provided that the client has a boat driving license valid on open waters). A boat mooring is available in front of the house at no additional cost. There is a restaurant in Landjin bay, which is a favorite among sailors because of its Dalmatian cuisine. This house by the sea is accessible by car on an improvised rough road (gravel/dirt) over the hill which may be affected by weather conditions. The road is passable by car with slow and careful driving. The advantage of keeping your car next to the house where you spend your vacation is that you remain mobile during the summer, and you are able to go on day trips, for which there are an extremely large number of possibilities in the area. The island of Pašman is only a 15-minute ferry ride from Biograd na Moru. This island is a great destination for all fans of water sports. In addition, there are hiking, biking and trekking trails on the island, which are also near this house, along with which you can find various types of Mediterranean medicinal and aromatic plants - perfect for all nature enthusiasts.Ferry tickets are not included in the price. The minimum stay is 7 days, only from Saturday to Saturday. The house has no heating, so it is rented from spring to autumn. Pets are welcome, against an extra charge. Please indicate in your inquiry how many pets you are traveling with. We recommend arriving at our agency in Biograd na Moru during the morning to early afternoon, because the transfer and arrival at the house at night are difficult, even impossible after the last ferry leaves. After registering at our agency, you continue your journey to the island.
