Opis: Holiday house with two bedrooms, for up to 4 people, is located on the beach in the bay of Sv. Ante, on the island of Pašman. Pets are welcome, with extra charge. Please indicate in your inquiry how many pets you are traveling with.This holiday home can be reached by car, on an improvised and somewhat rough (gravel/dirt) road over the hill, which may be affected by weather conditions; these roads are passable for an ordinary car - we recommend driving slowly and carefully. All rooms in the house are located on the ground floor. The kitchen, living room and dining room are located in one room. In the kitchen there is a refrigerator with a freezer compartment and a gas stove with 2 burners without an oven. Both bedrooms are equipped with a double bed. The bathroom equipment includes a shower, toilet and sink. Bed linen and bath towels are included in the price, and fresh ones come once a week. Please bring your own beach towels. Electricity and water should be used sparingly here. Running hot and cold water (solar boiler) is installed in the kitchen and bathroom. Given that the water stays in the tank during the summer at high temperatures, it is recommended to boil it before consumption or buy drinking water in bottles. The water from the tank is suitable for cooking and washing. Solar-powered electricity is 220 V. It is not allowed to bring and use your own electrical devices, except for mobile phone / laptop battery chargers. There is the possibility of renting a motor boat (on request and provided that the client has a valid open water boat driving license). A boat mooring is available in front of the house at no additional cost. The covered terrace with a direct view of the sea is furnished. In the yard in front of the house there is a barbecue and a garden shower equipped with a black boiler, in which the water is heated by the heat of the sun. Guests can have WiFi internet in the house with the purchase of a prepaid SIM card at a price of around 11 EUR for 7 days of flat rate internet. Guests need to insert this SIM card into one of their devices, which will then act as a hotspot.We recommend that guests bring their mobile phone so that they can contact us in case of need. There are standard sockets in the house so that guests can charge their mobile phones in the house, with their own home charger. The island of Pašman is only a 15-minute ferry ride from Biograd na Moru. This island is an excellent destination for all lovers of water sports. In addition, there are hiking, biking and trekking trails on the island, which are also near this house, along which you can find various types of Mediterranean medicinal and aromatic plants - perfect for all nature lovers. Ferry tickets are not included in the price. We recommend arriving at our agency during the morning to early afternoon, because the transfer and arrival at the facility at night are difficult, even impossible after the last ferry leaves.
