    Great for families
    The owner was welcoming, always available, nothing was a problem. The apartment was really clean and very big, with everything you could need for a family holiday (also big stand-alone freezer, emergency sewing package). It is really near the city centre and the beach. The daily shop is around the corner. Air-condition for each bedroom! I really love that the terace is partly under the roof for hiding the drying clothes when it rains. We were really lucky the find this place, we will probably arrive for the holidays!
    Could be a problem: The beds are quite heavy, if you need to move them (and count on that when making reservation) to another room (eg two families with 5 and 3 members), it is quite impossible - but maybe it could be arranged with the owner, we did not ask. Missing temporary parking place at the Adriagate office when check-in - really the worst thing about the accomodation :) Suggestions for owner (not a big deal): The sea view is only from two bedrooms and is very limited (not a problem, but it was filtered as an apartment with seaview). The rooms are quite dark, without good lights. The safebox not available. It should be said that it is the 2nd floor, stairs only (could be problem for somebody). I would appreciate curtains in the kitchen - there is only the curtains to prevent the light not the sight of the neightbors.

    Ideal for group
    Position in the center , 4 separate rooms with own air condition, 2 new bathrooms with toilet, no super high end equipment.
